Gabe Petino has addressed a variety of challenging projects as manager of the Construction Administration department at HMFH. He oversees weekly site visits and project meetings, consultant coordination during construction, administration of the punch list, and monthly progress presentations to building committees. He managed the construction administration of the occupied, phased renovation of Bates Elementary School in Wellesley, as well as a complicated, phased three-school renovation project in Lexington. The work was such a success that the town’s project manager commended HMFH, noting that “not a day of school was missed.” Gabe is also a Design Studio Instructor and Thesis Advisor at the Boston Architectural College.
