Margie may have one of the hardest jobs at HMFH: promoting fiscal discipline in a creative environment. Since joining HMFH in 1998, she has been executing her responsibilities with good natured persistence and earned the respect of her architectural colleagues with her ability to help them establish and manage realistic budgets. She also works closely with the principals to forecast and review the firm’s overall financial goals and performance of the firm. Whether convening a fee committee to review a new client proposal, working with project managers to assure that we are diligent in using our clients’ resources effectively, or working with a client to reconcile accounts, her careful attention to detail reflects the firm’s focus on excellence.
