Following HMFH's study of it's secondary schools, the town of Weston asked HMFH to proceed with major renovations and additions to the high school. The non-descript main entrance was redesigned to be more welcoming and inviting. Interior work included extensive library improvements as well as installation of a comprehensive technology system, renovation of food service areas, physical education and health areas, and all classrooms.

Because the high school has an active performing arts program, there were extensive improvements made to those facilities, which are also used by community drama groups. The 600-seat theater was redesigned with a higher proscenium to accommodate larger sets, an extended stage that can be enlarged further by raising additional platforms recessed in the floor,an improved acoustic treatment, theater lighting, a new sound system, and replacement of the seats. The project also included a new double-volume band room with risers and acoustic treatment, as well as a new black box theater/dance studio.

A small-group Media Forum occupies a former auto shop and serves as a performance and teaching space.
