Professional Development at HMFH

HMFH is committed to staying on the forefront of sustainable, forward-looking design and evolving new practices that serve our clients’ needs.

People are the driving force for all that we do, so we are excited to kick off a new professional development program in partnership with Built Environment Plus (formerly known as USGBC MA) and fellow Cambridge-based firm Prellwitz Chilinski Associates, providing over 400 hours of training through a Workforce Training Fund grant from the state. Over the next two years, we will offer our staff a program of 58 courses in architectural practice and design, sustainable building science and technology, graphics and representation, and management and organization skills. Through this and ongoing efforts—our belief in climate action through design, the activities of our sustainability leaders and committee, and our engagement in research and thought leadership—we work hard to maintain an office culture that actively supports individual growth and professional development.
