With patience and tenacity, Mirtha performs the herculean task of keeping everyone’s needs in balance and making sure it all gets done. She is passionate about uplifting others and creating a more inclusive design profession and has led numerous initiatives to accomplish this, from establishing an internal Racial Equity and Diversity Committee and organizing Equity Diversity and Inclusion training to coordinating the HMFH summer intern program and visits to local high school career fairs in underserved communities.
