To meet the educational needs of the city’s 2,000 high school students, HMFH, in association with PP&K Architects, was commissioned to expand and rehabilitate the existing buildings to house a comprehensive facility.

The $22 million construction project includes new industrial arts facilities, significant programming changes within the existing buildings, and roof and window replacements, all of which was accomplished in phases over two and a half years during which classes were in session. In addition, the expanded high school includes a new 30,000 sf field house with an indoor track, locker room facilities, training rooms, and equipment storage.
